Envelope Contributions: All registered parishioners automatically receive envelopes. Envelopes are mailed out quarterly and will be received unless requested otherwise. You have a choice between receiving an envelope for every week of the year or monthly envelopes. You may place your contribution in the envelope and either place it in the collection basket at Mass or mail it to the parish office.

Electronic Contributions: Many of our parishioners prefer to have contributions automatically sent to the parish on a monthly basis. The Electronic Contribution eliminates all those envelopes sent to your home and additionally saves St. Catherine money! If you would like to have your contributions automatically sent to St. Catherine of Alexandria Parish, simply fill out an ACH Contribution form and return it to Jon Gabik, our Director of Operations and Administration, in the parish office. You may put your completed form in the collection basket (put it in a sealed envelope Attn: DAS), or mail it to the parish office. (Due to the sensitive information on this form, we ask for your protection that you do not email it to us.)

IRA Charitable Distributions: Congress reinstated the IRA charitable distribution on a permanent basis in 2015. If you are age 70 1/2 or older, you are required to take IRA minimum distributions annually. You can transfer up to $100,000 annually directly from a traditional or Roth IRA to qualified charities without undesirable tax effects. When given to charities, these distributions are tax-free. Talk with your financial adviser for more information. Click here to view an article with more information.

Corporate Matching Gift Programs: Double your contributions to St. Catherine! Many donors enhance the impact of their gifts through their employer’s matching gifts program; some even match gifts made by retirees and spouses. Contact your human resource department for eligibility requirements and an application form and begin doubling your gift to St. Catherine. If your employer doesn’t have a matching gift program, ask them to consider starting one. Click the link for a list of companies that match employee gifts. For more information about matching gifts, contact Jon Gabik in the parish office.

Memorial Fund: When parishioners or their families designate St. Catherine as the recipient of memorials at the time of a funeral, the donations received are placed in our Memorial Fund (unless designated for Masses). These monies are used to make special purchases, many times for items used in church. These have included new vestments, our Communion cups, and the renovation of our baptismal font. If you are pre-planning a funeral, you may wish to include St. Catherine as a beneficiary of memorials.
